We are looking for an HR professional with 2 to 4 years of experience who can independently manage Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist activities and Employee Engagement, while also supporting Social Media campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple HR activities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination and onboarding.
- Handle day-to-day HR Generalist activities across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives, employee activities and internal communication.
- Support employee relations and address routine employee queries and concerns.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation and other HR operational activities.
- Plan and execute HR-related Social Media campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for social media platforms to support recruitment and employee engagement.




- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives as required.

What We Are Looking For

- 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good understanding of Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist activities and Employee Engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of Social Media campaigns, digital communication and employer branding.
- Creative and proactive approach towards HR initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Valuable to Have

- Experience in IT / ITES / SaaS / Technology organisations.
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding.
- Basic knowledge of HRMS and digital HR tools.
