: HR Executive (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource activities, employee coordination, recruitment, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR activities.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle activities.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in HR or recruitment; freshers with relevant skills may apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with team members.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
