Key Responsibilities

- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain employee records and HR data.
- Coordinate with different teams for smooth HR operations.
- Support training sessions, workshops, and HR activities.
- Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Candidate Profile

- MBA in HR.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Solid interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns with patience and empathy.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
