Knowlix Learning, a leading premium hybrid learning platform, is looking for a skilled and professional HR Executive to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for people management.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
- Manage employee engagement, attendance, and performance coordination.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and employees.
- Support HR policies, team management, and administrative activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.




- MBA in HR or an HR-related postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Excellent English fluency is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Solid decision-making, multitasking, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
