SkillzenLoop is hiring HR Executive Interns for freshers and entry-level candidates who want to learn how hiring really works, from the first candidate search to the first day at work. This internship covers recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding support and HR record keeping, with practical tasks that mirror what an HR team does every day.

This role suits candidates who want to build a career in human resources, talent acquisition, recruitment or people operations.

Role Overview

As an HR Executive Intern, you will support live hiring activity under the guidance of experienced team members. You will learn how roles are sourced, how candidates are screened and how onboarding formalities are completed, while keeping candidate information accurate and confidential.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks and social platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles against role requirements
- Contact shortlisted candidates to confirm interest, availability and basic fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding by collecting documents and sharing joining formalities
- Maintain candidate trackers and HR records in Excel or Google Sheets
- Prepare daily sourcing and hiring status updates
- Follow confidentiality practices when handling candidate data

Who Can Apply
- Freshers, entry-level candidates, or students pursuing or completing BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, B.Sc or any degree with strong communication skills
- Candidates interested in recruitment,



HR operations or talent acquisition
- Self-driven learners comfortable with structured remote work
- Candidates available to work full-time for the internship period

Required Skills
- Confident, professional communication in English and Hindi
- Comfort speaking with new people over calls and messages
- Good organisation and the habit of following up without reminders
- Basic comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
- Respect for confidentiality and professional ethics
- A laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri or similar job portals
- Understanding of the hiring cycle or HR terminology
- Prior internship, college placement cell or campus recruitment exposure
