HR Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our Bar Attached Hotel in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct employee induction, training, and performance review coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and workforce planning.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related initiatives.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.



MBA in HR is preferred.
- Minimum 1-3years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
