Position: HR Executive / Manager (0 to 3 Years Experience)
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (With 1 Weekly Off)
Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
/ Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Professional (0 to 3 years of experience) with strong communication skills to manage recruitment and HR operations at Creative Interiors.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment processes for various profiles (Designers, Sales Executives, and operational staff).
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and qualified networks.
- Conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and managing the candidate pipeline effectively.
- Managing employee onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and maintaining internal HR records.
- Fostering a positive work culture,
addressing employee queries, and ensuring smooth internal coordination.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and generalist operations (freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome to apply).
- Communication: Fluent and professional English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- System: Candidates must bring their own laptop.
- Proactive, target-driven, and confident in handling hiring independent operations.
