HR Responsibilities:· Writing job descriptions· Job portal Ad posting and resume searching· Screening potential resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies· Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates, Co ordinating in taking interviews.· Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates· Coordinating recent hire orientations

. Induction, Joining and documentation. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.

· Assisting in the planning of company events..



Assisting in payroll.· Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters

HR Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management/ Any other with course in HR.· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications· The ability to work as part of a team· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Excellent administrative and organizational skills· Effective English communication skills

Schedule: Day shift (Mon-Sat) (9.00am-6.00pm)

Experience: 3 months- 6 Months in HR (Maximum 1 year in HR)

Location : 1 Floor, Tilak Bhavan , Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, Near Alka Talkies , Pune-30

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
