About The Role HR Apprentice (Talent Acquisition)

We are hiring HR Apprentices who are looking to build their career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition . The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.

Successful candidates may be considered for a full-time prospect as an Executive , subject to business requirements and headcount availability.

Eligibility Criteria

- 06 months of work experience
- Passing year: 2022 to 2026
- Candidates must not have a UAN number
- Candidates must not be registered on the NATS Portal
- All semester mark sheets and degree certificate are mandatory
- Good communication skills and professional presentation are essential

Training Stipend

Training Duration: 6 Months

Monthly Stipend

- 14,681 Corporate Contribution
- 6,150 Government Contribution
- Total Monthly Stipend: 20,831

Additional Training

- Up to 1 week of HR training after joining

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Schedule and conduct initial candidate interactions and interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate feedback, offer processes, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring records and reports.
- Support HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations as required.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Good stakeholder coordination and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools, HR processes, and professional workplace practices.
- Good organizational and presentation skills.
