? Position: HR Business Associate – Domestic IT Staffing

? Qualification: MBA – HR / Business Administration / Management ONLY

? Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

? Location: Hyderabad

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Support employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records
- Assist with employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities
- Handle routine employee queries and coordinate with management
- Maintain confidential HR documentation

Recruitment & HR Coordination

- Coordinate with recruiters, employees, and management
- Assist with interview scheduling and joining formalities
- Support employee lifecycle and performance review activities
- Maintain HR trackers and prepare regular reports

Business Development

- Identify potential Domestic IT Staffing clients through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and research
- Generate and maintain prospective client databases
- Understand client staffing requirements
- Support lead generation, follow-ups,



client meetings, and conversion activities

Client & Internal Coordination

- Maintain professional communication with clients
- Coordinate with recruitment teams on client requirements and candidate submissions
- Follow up on interviews, feedback, requirements, and closures
- Support client relationship management initiatives

? Candidate Requirements

- MBA in HR / Business Administration / Management or related field
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
