Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards using HRIS reporting tools to provide insights on employee data, performance metrics, and business trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports that meet their needs.
- Design and implement effective visualizations to communicate complex data insights in an easily digestible format.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
- Solid proficiency in Workday reporting tools such as Workday Insights or similar platforms.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing actionable recommendations based on analysis findings.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
