WE ARE HIRING | HR GENERALIST – FACTORY / PLANT
Location: Factory / Manufacturing Plant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Factory/Plant HR operations
- Employee joining, onboarding, induction &documentation;
- Attendance, shifts, leave & manpower management
- Hands-on handling of PF & ESIC
- UAN generation, KYC, PF transfer & withdrawal support
- ESIC registration and monthly compliance
- Payroll processing, salary inputs, overtime & deductions
- Labour law amp; statutory compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and HR records
- Recruitment and manpower planning for plant requirements
- Contractor & contract labour coordination
- Employee grievance handling & employee relations
- HR MIS, headcount, attrition & manpower reporting
- Support audits, inspections and statutory requirements
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
