Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Create work schedules, assign daily cleaning tasks to room and public area attendants, and lead team briefings.
- Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, lobbies, and corridors regularly to verify compliance with facility standards and safety regulations.
- Training: Train current hires on proper cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and equipment handling.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stocks of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, placing reorders when necessary.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints promptly and report maintenance or repair needs to upper management.
- Hands-on Support: Step in to clean rooms or common areas during staff shortages
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
