Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible Housekeeping professional to supervise housekeeping activities, maintain cleanliness standards, and coordinate the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping activities.
- Allocate duties to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Train staff on cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Ensure timely completion of housekeeping tasks.
- Report maintenance issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain housekeeping records and checklists.
- Ensure guest areas meet required cleanliness standards.

Requirements

- Hotel Management/Housekeeping qualification preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations.
- Strong team-handling skills.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
