Salary : Upto 4.8 LPA

Our Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee residential and commercial cleaning operations.

The role involves managing on-site cleaning activities, client coordination, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage residential and commercial cleaning services

Ensure high standards in surface cleaning, including sofas, curtains, carpets, and bathrooms

Oversee housekeeping operations and staff performance

Visit client locations regularly to monitor service quality

Coordinate between clients and internal teams

Maintain service schedules and operational efficiency

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of housekeeping and facility management

Experience in handling both on-site and office-based responsibilities

Good communication and client management skills

Ability to manage multiple offsite operations

Compensation & Perks:

Competitive salary

Petrol allowance (fixed)

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
