​The Code Hotels is a 26-room boutique property located in Lumbini Vihar, Bhubaneswar. We are expanding our team and looking for energetic, dedicated hospitality professionals to manage operations, supervise services, and maintain room standards.

Compensation Details ​1.

Hotel

Manager / Front Desk Receptionist ​Gross Salary (CTC): Up to ₹20,000 per month (inclusive of on-site food and stay) ​Key Responsibilities: ​Handle guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing. ​Supervise daily operations, vendor management, and staff coordination. ​Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards. ​Requirements: ​Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality. ​Multi-lingual proficiency: Odia, Hindi, and English (Mandatory). ​Good customer handling and front-office skills.

​2. Housekeeping Supervisor ​Gross Salary (CTC): ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (inclusive of on-site food and stay) ​Key Responsibilities: ​Supervise room attendants and cleaning operations across all 26 rooms. ​Inspect room readiness, hygiene, and linen quality. ​Track inventory for guest amenities and cleaning supplies. ​Requirements: ​Completed course in Housekeeping/Hospitality or prior hotel supervisory experience. ​Ability to communicate in Odia, Hindi, and English.

Housekeeping

Staff / Room Attendant ​Gross Salary (CTC):



Up to ₹15,000 per month (inclusive of on-site food and stay) ​Key Responsibilities: ​Complete daily cleaning, sanitation, dusting, and bed-making for guest rooms. ​Ensure cleanliness in corridors, lobby, and public areas. ​Assist guests promptly with room supply requests. ​Requirements: ​Housekeeping or hospitality vocational certificate / prior hotel experience. ​Conversational knowledge of Odia and Hindi (English is an added advantage). ​Benefits & Facilities Provided ​On-site shared accommodation and staff meals provided. ​Skilled and structured hospitality work environment. ​Uniform and on-the-job training. ​Documents Required for Verification ​Candidates must submit copies of: ​Updated Resume / Bio-data ​Valid Government ID (Aadhaar Card) ​10th & 12th Educational Certificates ​Course Completion / Degree Certificates (Hotel Management / Housekeeping)
