Restaurant Operations Manager

Nikunj Sweets & Restaurant is looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations and services of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, staff performance, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day restaurant and sweets operations.
- Supervise kitchen, service, counter, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Manage staff shifts, attendance, duties, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Manage inventory, stock requirements, wastage, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor billing, cash counter operations, daily sales, and expenses.
- Control operational costs and minimize wastage.
- Recruit and train staff whenever required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen,



sweets counter, service team, and management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues independently.
- Work towards improving customer satisfaction, sales, efficiency, and profitability.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant or food-service operations is mandatory.
- Previous experience managing a restaurant, sweets shop, QSR, café, hotel, or similar establishment is preferred.
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
- Good understanding of inventory, cost control, customer service, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to independently manage the entire outlet with minimum supervision.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of taking ownership of daily operations.

We are looking for a hands-on operations skilled, not just a supervisor, who can take responsibility for the smooth functioning and overall performance of Nikunj Sweets & Restaurant.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
