Position Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Incharge with registration to oversee day-to-day pharmacy activities at our Nava India, Coimbatore location.

The role requires a responsible pharmacy professional who can manage medicine inventory, coordinate pharmacy staff, maintain records, and ensure smooth and organized pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily functioning of the pharmacy and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate and guide pharmacy staff in routine activities.
- Review prescriptions and ensure medicines are dispensed accurately.
- Monitor medicine stock, purchase requirements, and availability.
- Maintain proper records for receipts, issues, transfers, and stock adjustments.
- Regularly check batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
- Coordinate with vendors and concerned departments for timely procurement.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and investigate inventory differences.
- Ensure medicines are stored and handled according to applicable requirements.
- Monitor controlled and high-value medicines with appropriate documentation where applicable.




- Prepare pharmacy-related reports and maintain required registers.
- Support implementation of hospital pharmacy procedures and quality practices.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, accounts, stores, and administration teams when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.

Candidate Requirements
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm or relevant pharmacy qualification.
- Valid pharmacy registration as applicable.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience, preferably with supervisory or in-charge responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and inventory management.
- Valuable understanding of prescription processing and medicine storage.
- Strong coordination and team-management skills.
- Good documentation and computer skills.
- Ability to handle stock records and pharmacy-related reports accurately.
- Responsible approach toward patient safety and medicine management.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
