JP Electrical And Contractors is looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Site Supervisor to manage and supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and site activities.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising electricians and helpers, coordinating daily site work, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing work according to project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical site activities.
- Manage electricians, technicians, and helpers.
- Monitor electrical installation, wiring, cabling, and maintenance work.
- Ensure electrical work is completed safely and according to required standards.
- Check the quality of completed electrical work.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and site teams.
- Plan manpower and materials required for site work.




- Identify and resolve basic electrical/site issues.
- Maintain daily work progress and material records.
- Ensure the project is completed within the required schedule.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical site supervision.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance.
- Experience handling electricians and helpers.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings is preferred.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites in Chennai.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
