Reliance Retail Limited -JioMart Quick Commerce is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead operations at a JioMart Dark Store in Chandigarh Tricity.

The ideal candidate should have strong people leadership, retail/store operations and quick-commerce/dark-store experience, with the ability to manage high-volume operations and deliver business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end Dark Store Operations
- Manage Store Associates, Team Leaders and support teams
- Drive Order Fulfilment, Picking, Packing and Dispatch
- Ensure defined TAT, SLA, Productivity and Accuracy
- Manage inventory availability, stock accuracy and shrinkage control
- Plan manpower deployment and shift operations
- Monitor store KPIs, productivity and operational performance
- Drive process adherence, safety, compliance and customer experience
- Coach, engage and develop the store team
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth operations
- Ensure a high-performance and customer-first culture

Candidate Profile

Must Have:

- Graduate in Any Stream Mandatory
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience as Store Manager / Team Leader / Store Team Leader / Assistant Store Manager




- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent understanding of Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Order Fulfilment, Picking & Packing
- Good understanding of TAT, SLA, Productivity and Store KPIs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/quick-commerce environment
- Quick Commerce / Dark Store experience will be highly preferred.
