Position Overview

Sammaan Capital is looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales officer and Sr. Sales officer for its Open Market(DST Team)Mortgage Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate mortgage business through the open market channel.
- Identify and develop relationships with customers, DSAs, BA, connectors, builders, and other channel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Develop new market opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.




- Maintain solid customer and channel-partner relationships.

Who We're Looking For :
- Undergraduate and Graduate
- Required 1-6 Years of Experience
- Prior experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP / Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking sales will be preferred. -Individual Role

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market in Vapi / Surat and Ahmedabad
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals.
