The Kitchenette- Cooking studio & Cloud kitchen.

The Kitchenette hosts masterchefs from all across the world, hold private events in the studio.

There is also a cloud kitchen that orders every day.

Location: Alipore, Kolkata.

Key responsibilities:

· Prepare a wide variety of goods like cakes, pastries, cookies, pies, and breads using accurate measurements and baking techniques.

· Design new and seasonal dessert recipes that match the restaurant or bakery's overall culinary concept.

· Use advanced decorating skills—such as piping, glazing, and chocolate work—to make desserts visually appealing.

· Maintain a clean work station and ensure all food handling meets strict health and safety regulations.

Work exp.: Min. 2 years on Pastry Chef

Salary hike will be on current salary max upto 25k.

Working hours: 9AM – 7PM / 10AM – 8PM (depending on the work)

Saturday and Sunday is not off.

Candidate can take off between Monday to Wednesday preferably.
