Solid sourcing and screening skills

What You’ll Do
- End-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker
