Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.

Work towards achieving hiring goals within defined timelines.

Handle multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Demonstrate ownership and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.





Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Goal-oriented and proactive approach.

Ability to manage pressure and deliver results.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop for work.

Minimum 25 Mbps stable internet connection is required.

Salary: 10,000 To 20,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to salary.
