Location: Tidel Park, Chennai (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities

- Review and analyze medical claims to identify outstanding payments and billing discrepancies.
- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding pending, denied, or underpaid claims.
- Work on assigned accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely resolution and reimbursement.
- Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, and claim status.
- Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities.
- Prioritize pending claims based on aging and payment status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues and payment delays.
- Escalate complex claim-related concerns to the appropriate stakeholders as required.




- Adhere to quality standards and productivity targets.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
- Flexible to work in night shifts.
