Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized U.S. Immigration Executive to manage employment-based immigration cases. The ideal candidate will coordinate with employees, HR teams to ensure timely preparation and filing of immigration petitions while maintaining compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), Form I-129 petitions, and employer support letters for nonimmigrant visa cases.
- Coordinate with employees, HR,



and the Contracts team to collect documents and support timely immigration filings.
- Track immigration cases, monitor visa expiration dates and filing deadlines, and provide regular status updates.
- Maintain employee immigration records and update case information in the immigration management system.
- Support H-1B Cap registrations, H-1B extensions, amendments, transfers, change of status, and visa stamping processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and immigration records in accordance with company policies.

Experience

- 3 to 5 years of relevant U.S. immigration experience.
