Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate recent customer leads through field visits, local networking, and company-provided digital/tele-calling leads.
- Sales & Conversion: Pitch and sell life insurance and financial protection products directly to prospective individual or rural/urban clients.
- Customer Onboarding: Assist clients in completing online/offline proposal forms, documentation, and digital payment processes using company tools (e.g., ShriMithra, Astra).
- Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale customer engagement, handle queries, and support policyholders with service request .
- Reporting: Maintain and submit daily activity reports (DAR) and periodic status updates to the branch/head office.
- Agent/Team Support (for higher roles like Unit Managers): Recruit, train, and mentor field agents or advisors to drive territorial targets
