Sutherland is hiring experienced professionals for Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA) in the Travel Process at our Airoli, Navi Mumbai location.

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in Passenger Revenue Accounting, Airline Revenue Accounting, Travel Operations, Ticketing, or related airline/travel processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Passenger Revenue Accounting activities for airline/travel processes.
- Process and validate passenger ticketing and revenue-related transactions.
- Review and reconcile airline ticketing and revenue data.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to tickets, payments, refunds, exchanges, and revenue transactions.
- Ensure accurate processing in accordance with process guidelines and client requirements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA)



or relevant airline/travel processes.
- Candidates with experience in airline ticketing, revenue accounting, fare/ticket reconciliation, refunds, exchanges, or travel operations are preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Candidates suitable for L2/L3 level positions are preferred.
