The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting global customers with queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service standards.




- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer data.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate Freshers/ Undergraduate with 6 months3 years of experience in customer service can apply (international process preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Location- Gurugram and Noida both

Salary- 3 to 4.8 LPA(+incentives) basis communication skill and experience
