Job Overview We are looking for a Qualified CA with strong experience in FP&A;, financial planning, forecasting, P&L; analysis, management reporting, and business performance analytics. The role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial performance, reporting accuracy, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Support month/period-end closing, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Perform P&L; analysis and variance analysis against Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year.
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic financial planning cycles.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations with actionable business insights.
- Manage and review trade/merchandise accruals, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities,



and key performance drivers.
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to resolve reporting issues and improve financial performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements and financial controls.
- Build and maintain complex financial models using Advanced Excel.
- Use SAP, Business Objects, Essbase, Tableau, and other reporting/analytics tools for data extraction and analysis.

Required Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
- Solid knowledge of FP&A;, P&L; management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and financial reporting/analytics tools.
- Good analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Tableau/BI tools experience is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
