R1 RCM is hiring for Authcreate Process

Candidates will be responsible for creating prior authorizations on behalf of physicians by reviewing patient medical records and clinical documentation. They will interact with insurance representatives via portals or calls to secure approvals for procedures.

Medical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of medical terminologies, anatomy, and common procedures.

Ability to interpret clinical reports, physician notes, and diagnostic results accurately.

- Interact with the US health insurance companies (Insurance Customer Care/Nurses/UM Team)
- Quality of Notation, Ability to read clinical documentation and data enter for payer requirements.
- Would secure relevant information of Health Insurance of the patient.
- Work on Websites/Applications to perform the activity as per the SOP.
- Would be working in 6pm to 3 am & 9pm to 6am, Supporting US operations (in EST Zone)
- Solid understanding of medical terminologies, anatomy, and common procedures.
- Ability to interpret clinical reports, physician notes, and diagnostic results accurately.

Education

- Graduation is Mandatory
