Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve client queries related to banking, investment, insurance, and financial services.
- Handle international clients and provide professional, timely, and accurate resolutions.
- Understand client requirements and deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
- Support clients with investment-related processes, account servicing, transactions, and documentation.
- Handle insurance-related queries, policy information, and service requests as per process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and process standards.
- Identify client concerns and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining high service quality.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, SLA, CSAT,



and process performance targets.
- Handle sensitive financial and client information with complete confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills while interacting with global clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in Investment Banking, Banking Operations, Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or International Client Handling are preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer/client handling and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of banking and financial services concepts.
- Ability to work in US rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to handle financial information accurately.
- Candidates with relevant BFSI / Investment Banking / Insurance / International Voice or Non-Voice experience will have an added advantage.
