A leading US-based multinational medical equipment / healthcare technology company is looking for a senior Director – Commercial & Operations to lead growth, customer experience, commercial excellence and business transformation across APAC & EMEA.

Key Responsibilities • Lead regional commercial & operational strategy across APAC & EMEA

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy and commercial excellence
- Develop and execute pricing, margin improvement and value-based commercial strategies
- Strengthen NPS, customer experience and customer retention across markets
- Build stronger distributor, channel, KAM and customer strategies
- Lead business transformation across commercial, operations, customer service and supply chain
- Drive Operational Excellence, Lean transformation, productivity and cost competitiveness
- Improve S&OP; / demand planning, supply chain and service performance
- Establish solid performance management, governance and KPI systems
- Partner with country leaders and global functions to translate strategy into measurable results
- Build high-performing regional teams and develop future leadership capability

Ideal Profile • 20 years of leadership experience in medical devices, medical equipment, MedTech, healthcare technology, life sciences or adjacent industries





- Proven APAC / EMEA multi-country leadership experience
- Strong combination of Commercial Operations Business Transformation capabilities
- Demonstrated success in pricing, revenue growth, margin improvement and commercial excellence
- Strong understanding of NPS, customer experience and service excellence
- Experience with distributors, direct sales, KAM, channel management and complex healthcare customers
- Track record of delivering measurable revenue, EBITDA, margin, productivity and working-capital impact
- Strong exposure to Lean / OpEx / continuous improvement and transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management across country, regional and global leadership teams
- International experience with willingness to travel extensively
- MBA / equivalent preferred
