About the Role

WanderOn is seeking an Operations Executive to act as the primary bridge between our travelers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will leverage excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure every customer journey is smooth, memorable, and professionally managed.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the main point of contact for travelers before their trip, while they are traveling, and after they return.
- Quickly handle any customer questions or problems, staying calm and helpful even during busy or stressful times.
- Work closely with our other teams (like sales, operations, and finance) to make sure every trip runs smoothly.
- Keep travelers updated on any important changes to their trip and keep clear, detailed notes of all customer chats and problem solutions.
- Look at customer feedback to find ways to improve our trips and build outstanding, lasting relationships with our travelers.





Requirements
- Min. 6 months-3 Years of Experience in Customer Service
- Good speaking and writing skills in English (knowing Hindi or other regional languages is a bonus).
- Great at solving problems and staying calm under pressure.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once and work well with different teams.
- Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office and customer management (CRM) tools.
- A real passion for travel and giving customers the best experience possible.
