Location: Chennai Work From Office
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Qualification: MBA Graduates preferred
Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years
Employment: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.
- Introduce our services and understand customer requirements.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM/tracker.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Good communication and convincing skills are required.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive approach.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
