Hiring: Accounts Executive / Senior Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities for a customs clearance and logistics business.

Location: Marol, Mumbai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding preferred

Qualification: Graduate

Position: 1 Opening

Interview: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales invoices and credit notes
- Handle accounting entries and cost booking
- Manage customer settlements
- Process bank and vendor payments
- Perform customer, vendor, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare MIS and ageing reports
- Handle TDS refund processes
- Coordinate with the accounts team for daily accounting activities
- Manage email correspondence and customer coordination

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory

2–3 years of relevant accounting experience

Experience in freight forwarding/logistics is preferred

Hands-on experience in invoicing, accounting entries, settlements, payments, and reconciliations

Valuable communication and email correspondence skills

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
