WHAT IF YOUR NEXT JOB WAS SOMETHING YOU HAD TO EARN?

A few weeks ago, we launched Hire For Work (HFW) with a simple idea:

Bring the next generation of opportunities closer to the next generation of talent.

Now we’re looking for the people who can make that idea move.

Not social-media managers.

Not people who can simply post announcements.

Not another “community executive” ticking boxes on a .

We’re looking for community builders .

People with in-roads into student communities, prestigious institutes, developer circles, geek forums, gaming communities, creative networks, finance circles, and places where engaging people actually hang out.

Your job?

Make HFW impossible to ignore.

Build conversations.

Find exceptional people.

Connect communities with industry.

Discover talent before everyone else does.

Help us identify the next great HR professional, campus ambassador, advertiser, designer, developer, gamer, finance qualified, strategist, creator or something we haven't even thought of yet.

THIS IS NOT AN ORDINARY JOB OPENING.

Think of it as a live, prove-yourself-and-get-hired hackathon.

For a limited time, our team has opened the doors to the HFW Inner Circle .

Get approved.

Introduce yourself.

Tell us what communities you can reach, what you're interested in, and — most importantly —

where are you ready to prove yourself?

Our communities are already active.

They're not waiting for your résumé.

They're waiting to see what you can do.

AND YES, THERE'S A SECOND DOOR.

HFW started on Discord .

We didn't mention this earlier. Deliberately.

If you figured out why ... You might be our kind of person.

WE WANT COMMUNITY MANAGERS WHO ARE...

Part recruiter.

Part developer.

Part journalist.

Part psychologist.

Part event host.

Part internet native.

Part moderator.

Part storyteller.

Okay.

Not “part”. Experts.

You don't have to be an engineer. But you should probably know what GitHub is without asking Google.

And you should understand why people build things, why communities form, why conversations die, and why some people can walk into a room and make everyone else want to participate.

If these are the questions you naturally go to sleep with:

Who joined?

What are they building?

Who disappeared?

Why did that conversation explode?

Why did nobody respond to this one?

Who knows something interesting?

Who should meet whom?

What should we discuss tomorrow?

Then...

You might be exactly who we're looking for.

Build your network.

Expand it.

Connect it to industry.

Create conversations nobody thought to start.

Find people nobody else has found.

And show us what happens when you do.

Don't apply to become a community manager.

Build a community.

Prove yourself.

Get hired.

Hire For Work.

The next generation is already here. We’re looking for the people who can find it.
