Job Location: CSMI ( T1 & T2 Airport)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist passengers with app downloads
- Resolve passenger queries at the airport
- Guide and assist passengers within the airport
- Assist passengers with taxi bookings
- Provide on-ground passenger support at the airport

Requirements

- 12th Pass & above
- Freshers can apply
- Positive communication skills & basic computer knowledge
- Confident communication in English & Hindi
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Shifts:

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
