Minimum Qualification

- Diploma in Engineering

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

- Plan and supervise daily heat treatment activities as per production schedule.

- Ensure timely processing of forgings with adherence to heat treatment specifications.

- Achieve production targets while minimizing furnace idle time and maximizing utilization.

- Monitor furnace operations, loading patterns, and cycle sequencing for optimum throughput.

- Ensure batch traceability and maintenance of heat treatment records.

- Enforce safety standards and PPE compliance across the shop floor.

- Manage manpower deployment, shift operations, and work allocation.

- Monitor KPIs such as Furnace Efficiency, OEE,



Throughput, Rejection %, and Rework %.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams.

- Drive TPM, WMS, 5S, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with calibration, maintenance, and process documentation requirements.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
