We are looking for a motivated Recruiters/ Client Account Manager to join our consulting firm and grow client relationships across the Healthcare and Manufacturing sectors.
This role is handle business development and recruitmentbuilding new client partnerships, understanding hiring needs, and helping deliver the right talent.
What youll do
- Develop recent business and build lasting client relationships.
- Identify recruitment opportunities across healthcare and manufacturing.
- Understand clients’ hiring needs and help shape recruitment solutions.
- Partner with recruiters to manage searches from client briefing through placement.
- Keep clients informed and deliver a responsive, high-quality service.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in client account management, business development, recruitment, or consulting.
- Interest in, or knowledge of, healthcare and manufacturing.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach.
- The ability to balance business development with recruitment delivery.
