Hiring: US Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Vadodara (Onsite - Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) 8 Hours work day
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit US healthcare professionals (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Healthcare, etc.).
- Screen candidates, negotiate pay rates and coordinate submissions.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, interviews and onboarding.
- Work on contract, travel, per diem and permanent staffing requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Knowledge of US healthcare roles, job portals and recruitment processes.
- Positive English communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in US shifts.
