Job Summary

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage front-desk activities and provide a professional first point of contact for patients and visitors at our healthcare facility in Hebbal, Bangalore. Candidates with previous hospital or clinic experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors and assist them with their queries.
- Manage reception and front-office activities efficiently.
- Coordinate patient appointments and registration.
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain basic records and front-office documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments as required.
- Assist patients with routine information regarding appointments and services.
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area.




- Handle routine patient queries and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Follow established front-office and patient-service procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front office, or a similar role.
- Hospital or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Pleasant and professional manner.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to interact respectfully with patients and attendants.
- Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
