We are Chennai's largest aggregator in the healthcare industry
We are looking for predominantly "inbound calls" taking voice experts who are also familiar with the terminologies used in health care industry.
JD & required Qualification
1. Answer and also make calls to customers and help them in fixing appointments for blood tests, scans and any other consultation
2. Work in shifts from either 6.30 am till 2.30 pm or 2 pm till 10 pm (location at Arumbakkam and willing to locate nearer to office)
3. Report to the Lead and also escalate issues
4. Fluency in spoken tamil, english and Kannada or Hindi (either Kannada or Hindi mandatory)
5. with or without prior experience
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
