Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via call, chat, or email in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Experience: BPO INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE ATLEAST 6 MONTHS.
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Shift: Flexible to work in rotational 24/7 shifts and rotational offs.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with internet browsing and typing.
