WE’RE HIRING | HEALTH PROJECT COORDINATOR The WE Foundation is looking for a motivated and field-oriented Health Project Coordinator to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our community health and public health initiatives.

Qualification: MPH / MHM

Experience: 1–3 Years

ABOUT THE ROLE The Health Project Coordinator will coordinate health-focused projects, community outreach programs, health camps, stakeholder engagement, field activities, documentation, and project reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and support the implementation of health and community-based projects.
- Plan and coordinate health camps, screening programs, awareness drives, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and partner organizations.
- Conduct field visits and monitor project activities and beneficiary engagement.
- Maintain project data, beneficiary records, MIS, and documentation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and management updates.
- Support data collection, monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment.
- Track project targets, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Assist in developing health awareness materials and project presentations.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.

ELIGIBILITY

- Master of Public Health (MPH)

OR

- Master of Hospital Management (MHM)

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in public health, healthcare management, hospital management, NGO projects, or community health initiatives are encouraged to apply.

Freshers with MPH/MHM and strong communication, coordination, and fieldwork skills may also be considered.
