Role & responsibilities
This position will be on the rolls of Indihire Consultants and will be deputed in the client's place.
Will lead end-to-end recruitment for plant operations, engineering, corporate manufacturing functions including national level sales and marketing.
Preferred candidate profile
Should have experience of handling talent acquisition in manufacturing set up. Provide market intelligence, talent insights and recruitment recommendations. Understanding of the availability of the talent pool, market mapping, vendor coordination and stakeholder management. Must have talent acquisition experience within manufacturing either greenfield or brownfield. Should have valuable team management skills. Looking for immediate joiners.
