Sound understanding of FEMA,RBI regulations, EDPMS/IDPMS, export-import documentation, and overseas investment compliance (ODI/FDI framework). has demonstrated experience in foreign currencyhedging, forex risk management and treasury operations, Fund raising, Short-Term/Long-Term loans, etc.
