Position: Head – Talent Acquisition

Experience: 10–15 years

Qualification: MBA – 2-year Full-Time programme from a reputed institute

CTC: 35–50 Lakhs

Role: Individual Contributor The mandate is to lead Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on CXO and senior leadership hiring, talent mapping and executive search.

Key requirements

- Strong CXO / leadership hiring experience
- Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Talent mapping and market research capability
- Solid stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to independently manage mandates from sourcing to closure

• Excellent personality and executive presence
