Required Skills & Experience

- 12–18 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, Technology Consulting or a comparable customer-facing technology leadership role, with significant enterprise experience.

- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure and/or GCP, with the ability to translate cloud capabilities into business outcomes and enterprise solution architectures.

- Robust working knowledge of Application Performance Engineering, APM, Observability, Performance Engineering, SRE/DevOps, Digital QA, Performance Testing and IT Operations.

- Proven track record of leading complex RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, solution proposals and enterprise bids from qualification to submission and closure.

- Strong commercial and business communication skills, including executive storytelling, value articulation, ROI/TCO, negotiation support and proposal leadership.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead customer workshops,



challenge requirements constructively and build trusted-advisor relationships.

- Experience in BFSI is strongly preferred; exposure to Telecom, Retail, FinTech or other high-volume digital businesses is an advantage.

- Demonstrated ownership of presales outcomes, including pipeline influence, conversion, solution quality, gross-margin discipline and customer satisfaction.

Leadership & Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.

- Relevant Cloud, Architecture, ITIL, DevOps/SRE, Observability or other technology certifications are an advantage.
