Candidate Qualifications

- Experience of 15+ years of progressive experience in Ports, Maritime Infrastructure, Terminal Operations, Engineering, Projects and Maintenance.

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline from a recognised institution.

- Solid technical understanding of port operations, bulk material handling systems, container terminal equipment, engineering, maintenance and infrastructure development.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for port operations, infrastructure development and business expansion.

- Take overall responsibility for operational, technical and financial performance of port assets.

- Lead port operations covering bulk, container, break-bulk, liquid and specialised cargo.

- Oversee project conceptualisation, feasibility studies, engineering, construction, commissioning and operational handover.

- Manage large CAPEX programmes and ensure projects are completed within approved cost, quality and timelines.

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with experience and last drawn CTC.
